DIORAMA FOR FSM KIT #205

Back in the early 80's, I purchased the FSM book called "SCENERY IDEAS" that George Sellios produced. He shows how this two by three foot module was made for kit #205 "Wilfrid J. Brambell Co.". I used his article to make my module as a learning experience and then find a place on the layout for it. The kit was sold out that long ago so I'm going to scratch build the structures from pictures.

This is the finished result of my scratch built version of the Fine Scale Miniatures kit buildings before the detail castings are set in place. It was all built from my scrap boxes and hasn't cost me a dime.

The scenery is done with all my products to see how it would turn out. The rock castings are from kits I had, but no longer in production. I colored them with artist oil colors as I have them on hand. We developed a few scenery foliage products from this book and modified them for commercial production to keep the cost down. The scenery work around the parameter of the buildings yet remains
